On a brisk -12°C (10.4°F) Sunday in Chelyabinsk, Russia, 76 enthusiastic runners, some even in costume, braved the cold to line up for the challenging 2-mile Sri Chinmoy run, highlighting the city’s growing passion for fitness and outdoor activities.
